Terms of Use
Terms of Use
Third-party audio credits and licenses are listed on Audio sources and in the in-app Source Notes sheet.
1. License to use the app
Subject to these terms and a valid App Store license, we grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use 20.005 on Apple devices you own or control.
2. The service
20.005 presents a continuously scheduled listening feed. Free listening follows the published free-cycle rules (program time, then quiet first-party receiver static). Premium unlocks continuous program access and mix features described in the app.
3. Subscriptions
Premium features require an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. Price, duration, introductory offers, renewal, and cancellation are governed by your Apple ID and App Store settings. Cancel anytime in App Store subscription settings. Restore purchases with your Apple ID.
4. Content, rights, and attribution
Program audio is scheduled media we make available under our rights and source clearances. You may not extract, redistribute, rebroadcast, scrape, or commercially reuse app media outside ordinary personal listening. Required third-party attribution and independence notices appear in-app and on Audio sources.
Historical agency or weather/navigation recordings are for atmospheric listening only. They are not current weather, navigation, safety, or operational guidance.
20.005 is an independent production and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NASA, NOAA, the U.S. Coast Guard, the National Park Service, DVIDS, or other agencies or creators unless a specific notice expressly says otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not bypass entitlements, catalog signatures, or cache integrity checks.
- Do not reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows.
- Do not use the app unlawfully or to create emergency/distress fakes.
6. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is.” Continuous availability, network conditions, and device audio routes are outside perfect control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not required by applicable consumer law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-listening damages arising from use of the app.
