Summary
20.005 is a continuous radio-style listening app for iPhone and iPad. V1 does not include advertising SDKs, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not build personal advertising profiles.
Who we are
20.005 is published by NBDY Software Solutions, a trading name of Nobody Management Ltd (“we”). Nobody Management Ltd is the legal operator and data controller.
Data processed on your device
We store local preferences needed for the product to work, including:
- free listening-cycle and Listening Time state
- mix-desk layer levels, mute / solo, and BASS preferences
- fade-timer arming state and Sleep mode preference
- verified catalog rollback markers in Keychain when a live catalog is configured
- integrity-checked audio cache files for recently scheduled media
- Premium Offline downloads you choose to save (up to twelve hours of audio, removable in the app at any time)
These values remain on your device except where Apple systems process them as part of App Store purchases or device backup settings you control.
Purchases
Subscriptions are sold and fulfilled by Apple through StoreKit / the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple provides purchase and entitlement signals required to unlock Premium.
Network and catalog media
When a production catalog channel is configured, the app downloads signed catalog descriptors and scheduled media over HTTPS for playback. Requests are for content integrity and delivery, not advertising. See How listening works.
Shared listening presence
While you listen, the app may send short anonymous heartbeats that name only a random session token and the current transmission combination id. We use a confirmed response to show how many people are sharing the same scheduled transmission moment. If that response is unavailable, the app does not invent a listener count. Your local layer balance may differ. We do not attach this signal to your Apple ID, name, email, or device advertising identifier, and we do not use it for advertising.
Active room membership expires within minutes. We may retain anonymous daily combination totals—heartbeat count and peak concurrent listeners—for up to 35 days so the owner can understand which mixes are working. Owner reports do not contain the random session tokens.
Analytics and tracking
When a production analytics identifier is configured, the app uses TelemetryDeck to send a small set of named product events. These include successful startup, coarse listening-duration ranges, free-cycle and Premium outcomes, broad subscription-plan choice, and classified reliability failures. They may include general device and app metadata such as model class, operating-system version, app version, language, region, and time zone.
TelemetryDeck assigns an anonymized installation identifier so we can count aggregate use and return visits. We do not provide a name, email, Apple ID, advertising identifier, recording title, precise location, or exact listening-time history. We use the resulting owner-only aggregate dashboards to improve the app and evaluate whether it is sustainable. Builds without the production analytics identifier send no product analytics.
We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles. We do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because we do not track across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
Children
20.005 is not directed to children under 13.
